Over 100 men and women are all set to start their journey from the nation to the Rio. When it comes to the hockey, the nations India has won eight gold medals which is more than any other nation and it has been the dominant country in hockey in the period between 1928 to 1964. Indians have even won the gold medals at 2014 Asian games and the more impressive thing is that, the players of India have received silver in the month of June in London at Championship Trophy. Rio is ready to see the comeback of the Indian women to Olympic match since Moscow for the first time in which they have completed in the fourth place. The Indian Olympics team have very special place in the hearts of all Indians and hope the team will succeed in Rio 2016 by bringing many medals to the country in various disciplines.
