The superstar of the Olympics 2016 host city Brazil – Neymar, is at the top of the world-class talent list that is named by the FINA for the Rio 2016 men’s as well as women’s football teams on 25th of July 2016, Monday. The Barcelona forwards will be the skipper of the Brazilian side team which has its aims of winning their first Olympic gold medal after the disappointment at 2014 world cup in the home town and silver at London 2012 Olympics.
Along with the Neymar, the 18 man team of the coach Rogério Micale includes the Rafinha, Lazio midfielder Felipe Anderson, Paris Saint-Germain champion Marquinhos, Santos starlet Gabriel Barbosa and teenager of Palmeiras Gabriel Jesus. The past 3 gold medalists from the football tournament of the men’s comes from Brazil with Americas face to face competition from Colombia, Mexico and Argentina for Gold medal.
Teo Gutierrez the World Cup Champion has been named in the squad of Colombia, Oribe Peralta for Mexico and Angel Correa is among the players list of Argentina. The youthful line-up of the Germany includes the Matthias Ginter in addition to the Bender twins Sven and Lars. Whereas, Tottenham Hotspur will be leading the challenge of Republic of Korea and Chelsea's John Obi Mikel will be adding his experience to the team of Nigeria.
